Rubber Lining

Top-tier rubber lining processes made possible by
the nation’s largest production infrastructure

Our company operates the largest vulcanization chamber in the country (Φ5,400 × 12,000 L), giving us unmatched competitiveness in terms of adhesion and service life.
One of the most critical processes in rubber lining is the vulcanization process.
Rather than using expensive vulcanized rubber, we apply a lining using low-cost, unvulcanized rubber and then subject it to appropriate pressure and temperature inside the curing chamber, resulting in chemical-resistant equipment that maintains optimal adhesion and durability.

Rubber Lining

German-made rubber lining solutions
that enable on-site repairs and rapid installation

The low-temperature vulcanized rubber and unvulcanized rubber sheets developed by our company guarantee a longer service life than any other rubber sheet.
Furthermore, when installed using German-made rubber (vulcanized rubber), repairs can be easily performed on-site without moving equipment, and lining work can be completed quickly.

Properties of Major Vulcanized Rubbers

Pre-vulcanized rubber does not require additional vulcanization, so it protects the surface from acid immediately after installation.
